Burgas Airport is a 30-minute drive away, and Varna Airport is 1 hour and 45 minutes away. A taxi transfer from Burgas Airport to the apartment building costs about 15–20 euros; from Varna: 60–70 euros

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (the building has a total of 6 floors; an elevator is available) and is brand new, having been completed in April 2023 with all-new furnishings.
