Villa Laguna is an elegant 4-bedroom residence, perfect for a comfortable stay in a privileged location. Located in the prestigious São Rafael area, close to beaches, restaurants and bars, this property combines comfort and contemporary style.
The spacious open-plan living and dining room offers a welcoming environment, ideal for moments of togetherness.
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, providing comfort and privacy to guests.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with two single beds each and a master bedroom en suite with a bathtub. There is also an additional bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring greater comfort for everyone.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals in a practical and comfortable way.
On the lower floor, an elegant games room offers entertainment with table tennis and snooker table, ideal for moments of fun during your stay.
On the exterior, a covered terrace with wicker furniture provides access to the heated swimming pool (additional cost) and a barbecue area, perfect for outdoor meals and leisure moments.
Villa Laguna is just a few minutes' drive from Albufeira, including the marina, the Old Town and the famous avenue with restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife. Nearby golf courses make this property an excellent choice for a relaxing holiday in the Algarve.
The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).
If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.
Group deposit: €175 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy of this property is 8 guests.
From the 9th to the 11th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.

We spend a lovely week in the Villa. The place was spotless, with a well equipped kitchen. The pool and BBQ area was lovely to spend time in, perfect for two families with young children. It walking distance to the beach, restaurants and small shops.

Excellent property with everything you could want. Pool was cold as it was April even though we paid for it to be heated, but that’s fine. All facilities are there to accommodate everyone’s needs. It 4 in a taxi to the centre or the Marina. We walked a couple of times and it was nice. Beach is a 10 minute walk and well worth it. If you are going during the colder months, get the pool heated.The only thing and this is very very small, there’s no pizza cutter, and our kids love pizza!!

We had a beautiful stay, the villa was lovely, clean and in a great location - near restaurants, supermarkets and beaches. It was a quiet location and the kids (and adults) loved the games room and pool.

The villa is beautiful and very well-equipped. Having a bedroom on the ground floor was very convenient for our group. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, which we enjoyed eating outside by the BBQ. The location is very quiet but still close enough to the nightlife in Albufeira.
