Beachfront Palms 408 is an affordable unit located on the absolute beachfront in Palm Beach. The original style unit is located on the fourth floor and offers stunning ocean views.
The one-bedroom unit offers a comfortable air-conditioned lounge room with smart TV that leads through to your own private beachfront balcony.
The fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher also features ocean views and has everything you need on holidays.
The main bedroom offers queen bed and stunning ocean views with ensuite and walk in shower.
There are also unlimited Wi-Fi and laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is approximately 20 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.

Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

The unit is well positioned with easy access to beach clubs and shops.it has good views to the ocean (and whales).

The access to the beach is excellent. The elevator service is sweet. The view of the ocean is very good. We felt very safe during Cyclone Alfred. We always had power and water. The parking underground is very convenient.

Great location and fabulous viewing for the humpback whale migration. Definitely will come back so close to everything - walking distance!

Great location and view. Clean and tidy. TV and room furnishings could do with updating. Booked the room knowing that own linen was required and key collection is at Coolangatta, but it would be great if this was all onsite.
