House was clean, great location. Asked question over a week before our stay and did not get a reply. They did however; communicate effectively about the rental.

Excellent location in a gated community with 24/7 security access control. Able to go for walks within the community and felt safe. House was perfect, some of the furniture has been updated since the photos were taken, though the pool furniture could also use updating. Good location, was 25-35 minute drive to Disney, International Drive etc. As advertised and would stay again.

Beautiful. Had everything we needed to feel right at home. The pool and jacuzzi with the lake view was incredible.

Raccoons sitting on top of bin for garbage, trash was not picked up Thursday, and Friday. We took the trash down to the dumpster. Raccoons all over at the dumpster. Previous renters put trash inside of bin that was not in a proper bag I had to clean up the bin.
