The host is great, the place is very clean and the big thing for me is that the BBQ is still out, there are a couple of great butcher shops in the area so staying at a place that has a BBQ all winter is a great draw for me.

Very nice view. There were a couple of problems, the BBQ was very dirty and flamed up really bad, lights burnt out on the deck and no toilet paper.
