O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
Brand new build studio condo with brand new furniture perfectly located on Grand Ave. Enjoy amazing views and listen to live music from the rooftop on the weekends and enjoy walking to shops, dining, bars, the beach and the lake. Walk your paddleboard or kayak a short distance out the front patio and use the small dock to enter the amazing and breathtaking lake. Creative studio layout including a private porch. Several trails within walking distance as well. Just steps away everything is waiting

Nice condo unit in the heart of Grand Lake. The unit is a perfect size for 2 (although you could manage 4 with the sofa bed). The kitchen was equipped sufficiently to allow for making some meals in rather than having to eat out and, even though it's a studio, the living room/bedroom area is in the back of the unit and can be screened from the kitchen area if needed (we didn't bother). The bathroom was large with a nice walk in shower unit. The condo also has a full size washer and dryer, which we used several times. The bed was comfortable and the wall mounted TV was quite large and easily watchable from either the bed or the sofa. The owner responded to my inquiries quickly and we were very happy with the unit and would happily stay here again. Overall and excellent stay and an excellent value for the area.

Great space for a couple to be close to everything in Grand Lake. Easy access to the lake itself to launch a paddle board or kayak. Easy access to main street for restaurants.

After a slight communication issue, I was able to check in with no further issues. I never received instructions on how to get to the roof top lounge area but not a huge issue. Overall, the condo was clean and suited my needs.
