A bright apartment that sleeps up to 5 people, featuring two double bedrooms and a balcony. The apartment is located in the Torrione neighborhood, just 100 meters from the beach, very close to downtown and the waterfront, in an area with all the essential amenities such as bars, a pharmacy, and a post office. Torrione Station is a 10-minute walk away, and the port—with ferries to the Amalfi Coast, Capri, and Ischia—is just a few minutes’ drive away. Parking space included!

The 80-square-meter apartment is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator (please note there are 3 steps to access it) and is laid out as follows:



- Open-concept kitchen with a dining table and a cooking area equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, and conventional oven

- Living room with a sofa bed and TV

- Bedroom I with a double bed, closet, and split A/C

- Bedroom II with a double bed, closet, desk, and split A/C

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall

- Balcony.



One uncovered parking space is available in the condominium courtyard, which is enclosed by an automatic gate.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Salerno, amounting to EUR 1.50 per night per person for the first 5 nights. Children under 12 are exempt.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

ESummer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is allowed and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Salerno Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



For check-ins between 8:00 PM and midnight, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 20 from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM

EUR 25 from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM,

EUR 30 from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Check-in is not possible after 12:00 a.m., even for an additional fee.

All late check-ins must be arranged and approved by the host.



Early check-in (before 2:00 PM) will be possible only if there are no other guests checking out on the same day, and therefore can be confirmed only a few days before arrival.
