Beach Colony Resort in Perdido Key….This stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit is beautifully furnished and ideally located in the desirable East tower, boasting countless upgrades and luxury touches. The unit is situated on the quaint and picturesque East end of Perdido Key. Because this is an exclusive corner unit, the western end has additional windows and affords dramatic sunset vistas, which you can enjoy from your oversized balcony! Our stay was perfect! The views were spectacular! The condo was roomy and tastefully decorated. Everything was clean. The owner was easy to contact and very responsive. The only thing I would suggest would be to add dish cloths and dish towels in the kitchen. . Not a complaint, but we went through a lot of paper towels.

Everything was wonderful from the location to the condo itself! Melissa was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. We will definitely be back!

Would definitely stay again. There is so much room in the condo and so much attention to comforts and extras. From reservation to check out everything was very smooth. We come down about once or twice a year for the past 20 years and this was by far one of the best!!

This property is amazing. The ease of booking, check in, location all exceeded my expectations! The owner communicated very quickly and was an amazing host. We will definitely book this place again. I also booked beach chairs with an umbrella through Excel. Ethan and Dalton were awesome! They had our beach spot set up daily at 7 am - 6 pm.
