Beautiful condo in the perfect location. There is Absolutely nothing better than watching the dolphins playing from the lanai while you enjoy your morning coffee! Clean condo and wonderful communication with the property manager. We loved our stay at Riverside

Perfect place for quick getaway- excellent location. Unit was nice and bright. Screened in Lanai allowed for enjoying the outside while watching the boat traffic. Suggestion- stop using scented laundry soap/driver sheets- the scent was overpowering , uncomfortable for those of us with allergies!

The location is perfect! Many establishments close enough to walk to. The unit over looks the Marco River with stunning sunrise views! Many boats and lots of dolphins to see. Nice and quiet beautiful complex. However, we were extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit and lanai.
