Furthermore, every apartment boasts a secluded outdoor patio, while our communal backyard `hangout` area is accessible to all guests for their relaxation and enjoyment. Rental Eligibility: To rent this property, guests must meet the age requirement of being at least 25 years old.

Residency Restriction: Please note that residents of Paducah or the surrounding counties are not eligible to make reservations for our property. Regrettably, we cannot accept reservations from individuals residing in these areas. Group and Event Policy: We do not accommodate group bookings, including bachelor and bachelorette parties. Furthermore, we strictly prohibit any form of gatherings or events on our premises.

Guest Access: Access to the building is restricted to registered guests only, as indicated on the reservation. Any additional guests must receive prior approval from the property owner.
