The living room, dining room and kitchen are laid out in an open floor plan concept. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower that also has grab bars. The second bedroom has a king size bed, TV and access to a hall bathroom with shower/ tub combination. The third bedroom located on the other side of the home has one bunk bed and two single beds. A third bathroom is available right across from the third bedroom with walk-in shower.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and has an oversized granite kitchen countertop. Take a seat in one of the many comfortable seating spots in the living room and read a book, watch your favorite TV show, or simply gaze outside the large glass sliding doors towards the private pool and boat canal in the distance.

When not visiting the beautiful local beaches, you will probably spend most of your time in and around the private heated and screened in pool. A gas-powered fire pit around a seating area, gas BBQ, recreational room with a ping pong table and a couple of kayaks are available.
