No parking fees at Fiddler's Cove. Any additional fees must be paid in full within 24 hours of booking, or the reservation will be canceled.
To maintain the high standards of this quiet residential community, please note that the minimum rental age is 25. A valid ID and credit card are required upon check-in. This is a strictly non-smoking and pet-free property to ensure the comfort of all guests; violations will result in $500 professional restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.
While we provide a comprehensive starter set of kitchenware—including plates, bowls, and cookware—guests should bring their own cooking basics such as oils and spices. Please be advised that the resort does not have an on-site gym. Our team at Oceanside Properties is available 24/7 to assist with any needs during your stay.

Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed our weekend. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. Communication with the host was excellent—they were responsive and quickly provided additional pillows when we asked.The only downside was our experience with the security guards at the entrance. They came across as rude and lacked the welcoming Southern hospitality we expected. Other than that, everything else was wonderful, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

The property was nice but the main bed was not. It was very hard and creaked and made cracking and thudding sounds with simple movement, from turning positions while trying to get comfortable to sleep to getting up of the bed. It felt unstable and was cause for concern. We did not sleep well. We were attempting to sleep on the living room couch but were unable to get it to actually open up into a sleeper sofa. Rest was one main reason of our trip and we were not able to rest well. Outside of the rest and bed situation everything was nice and clean.

I was disappointed with the bed in the main bedroom. It was very uncomfortable. There were not enough pillows and the ones that are there are basically nothing. The kitchen was stocked but incomplete. There was no pan or skillet, which is a major oversight. I had to go buy one.
