Fully fenced yard PET FRIENDLY , with $150.00 non refundable fee. Bring your boat and trailer, plenty of room, as well as covered parking. This property is just a mile away from the public boat ramp. Close to shopping, schools, Robinson Preserve and just 4 miles to Anna Maria Island. Large kitchen with counter bar, stainless appliances, as well as a formal dining area for family entertaining. The family room has very comfortable reclining chairs and a large Smart Flat screen TV's, Free WI-FI, with Ruku for extra channels. Laundry room with full washer and dryer. Pool area has plenty of seating, with grilling/picnic area, outside shower. Pool area is gorgeous and a great place to relax, please note it is not heated.

Great getaway! We were vacationing with friends and it had everything we needed. The fenced backyard was wonderful for our 2 dogs and the pool was an added plus. The kitchen was well stocked and ample towels and linens were available.

My family and I were extremely pleased with our stay. The listing was very accurate. Pool and yard were wonderful. The entire place was great! I would definitely stay here again.
