Evian 170 comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 2 en-suite bedrooms on the upper level of the home. The primary suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV, beautiful lagoon views, and an impressive private en-suite bathroom. The recently remodeled primary bathroom features a barn door style entry, double vanity and large tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen and a twin bed, flat screen tv and a private remodeled bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Evian is one of Shipyard's most scenic settings and is an oasis of seclusion and serenity surrounded by the Brigantine Golf Course and a plethora of wildlife. An old-fashioned gazebo overlooks the 5-acre lake with a sweeping footbridge and benches for wildlife viewing, the Olympic-size pool is open seasonally and the free lighted tennis courts are located nearby. A short walk or bike ride and your toes are in the Atlantic Ocean.
