Nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood just a few minutes drive from the ocean, nature trails, and Royal Roads University, it’s the perfect home base for work trips, small families, or couples exploring the South Island.

Overall was a good clean place to stay.

Convenient parking, convenient and very clean. The bathroom is between both rooms with separate doors, so there’s no need to enter the other bedroom to access the bathroom.If we’re ever in the area again soon, we plan to be back!

There was branch, acorns, debris on the ground. I use a walker & found it difficult to walk on the property. There were stairs downward into the dark suite. It was mostly cold. There was no access to regulate the temperature. There was dirt in the laundry basket in the bedroom, on the main room floor. It was NOT a ground level suite. We did not use the cooking facilities.
