In this new normal, our mission is no longer just to provide you with the best experience, but also the safest one you can find in Lisbon. In compliance with the “Clean & Safe” Seal from Turismo de Portugal and the guidelines of the Directorate-General for Health, we are committed not only to the most thorough and careful cleaning and disinfection of the apartments but also to a range of services you can enjoy from the comfort of your apartment without taking risks you consider unnecessary. After witnessing so many families, daily routines, businesses, and local economies destroyed, our focus is on keeping everything and everyone functioning as they have until now—steering the ship through this great storm and helping to lift up our neighborhood, our city, and our country! Let’s continue to promote the reputation and quality of Portuguese tourism both here and abroad!

Our commitment:

Cleaning—Professional and in accordance with the guidelines of the General Directorate of Health, using not only all necessary protective equipment (masks and gloves) but also disinfectant products in the recommended proportions to ensure greater safety for everyone.

Check-In - Check-in is done in person so that we can provide all the support guests need, but the process will be quick and efficient, with all necessary safety equipment in place. All information will be available inside the apartment and remotely through our team, which is available 24/7.

Amenities - In addition to our standard first-day amenities, you will also find surgical masks for your first day. We also have these and other products available at cost for added safety.

Services - Our 24/7 availability for guests did not seem sufficient at this time, so we wanted to do more and will do our best to ensure your comfort. If you prefer not to use the available online tools, our “Fill Your Fridge” service allows you to arrive to find whatever you want in the refrigerator, provided by our local partners, thereby avoiding unnecessary travel. For more information, contact us. We also have transportation partnerships from the airport and to any location you choose in Lisbon and Portugal to make your vacation smoother and more comfortable.

As a welcome gift, you’ll receive one of our famous Portuguese wines.

- To make your arrival even more comfortable and safe, we have a partnership with an external shuttle company. For more information, contact us directly!

With this option, users can choose the comfort and safety of their home to take a Covid-19 test.
A certified Unilabs technician will travel to the user’s location wearing personal protective equipment to collect the sample.

Unilabs offers two COVID-19 testing options through the Uber app: PCR tests and rapid antigen tests. The PCR test costs 125€ with results delivered within 24 hours after collection. The antigen test, which has lower sensitivity but provides faster results—results are available in
