The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was central to the old town and an easy walk to beaches and nature trails. The host and their agent were very helpful both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay there again if we get back to albufeira.

i loved my neighborhood in Old Town Albufeira, Portugal. My space on Avenida de Liberdade was lovely and spacious with a magnificent terrace. Everything I needed was addressed quickly. I felt safe. I do however think that the building could have provided a better sense of security by better lighting. The lobby was very dark upon entering. The light switches were not close and the lights often went off before I got to it. The elevator went to the 5th floor and I had to then walk up to the 7th floor with the same light issues. The building was almost vacant - no visitors and few residents. That and the lighting made coming back late at night uncomfortable.
