Welcome to your dream getaway in Puerto Penasco`s Sandy Beach! The PRIVATE HOT TUB is all repaired and ready for relaxation! This spacious condo offers unobstructed ocean views that will take your breath away. With 3 fabulous bedrooms, including a plush master suite and cozy junior suite, everyone will feel at home. Enjoy 3 stylish bathrooms and two patios. This truly is an incredible condo. Pristine and ready for unforgettable adventures. Dive in and let the fun begin!
Unwind in any of our 4 sparkling pools, including a stunning oceanfront option. Enjoy our complimentary 18-hole putting course, exercise trail, scenic BBQ and picnic areas, and beach volleyball. Take in the public beach from our iconic palapas under the palms.
Early check-in (standard is 3:00 PM) depends on availability. It’s free starting at 2:00 PM. Earlier arrivals require a fee for rush cleaning:
11:00 AM Arrival: $70
1:00 PM Arrival: $40
Please let us know your preferred time so we can check availability and arrange payment if needed.
1. Call the Security Gate for Emergency’s (Red Cross, Police, Fire Dept. or any other emergency) Number by Elevator.
2. All renters and guests must wear bracelets.
3. Respect the maximum occupancy per unit
4. Quiet time is from 10PM until 9AM.
5. Pools are open from 10 AM to 10 PM. Swim suits are to be worn while in pool, shower off before swimming in pool, No running in pool area.
6. Maximum two vehicles per condominium, including cars, trucks, ATV, trailers, cars must display sticker or rental pass.
7. No towels or clothing is to be hung on the patio railing.
8. Do not use the elevator when wet.
9. Glass objects are not allowed in the pool or golf course area.
10. BBQ areas are to be shared, cleaned after use, and propane tanks turned off after use. No charcoal grills are allowed on the patios.
11. Trash must be taken to garbage containers.
12. There is no cleaning service in units.
13. Dog litter must be picked up, doggy bags are placed throughout the walkway and must have a leash at all times.
14. Music is to be heard only in the immediate area and is not to disturb other persons.
15. All directions from security staff or HOA Mgmt. must be followed. CB Golf Villas are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property or personal injuries.
16. In Golf Course only “putter” should be used and children must be accompanied by adults.
17. Any additional inquiries from renters of their Unit must be addressed to their Rental Co.

Our stay was amazing and our host was even more amazing. He would respond with in minutes . The condo is spacious and perfect with our dog. Only pet friendly place that I know. Condo is close to the beach as well

Great views and close to the beach. Watched sunset from sky lounge. Balcony was spacious. The dogs loved it.

The view was even better than the pictures, and the outside balcony is huge. The inside is very comfortable and well-appointed. The kitchen is stocked with anything you could need for cooking. Our only complaint was that the hot tup was not working, which was a big disappointment.

The Jacuzzi kept breaking down on us unfortunately during our stay and wouldn’t keep a high temp, but many efforts were made to fix it though complications still happened and couldn’t use. The AC as well was very rocky and would go really cold on us and suddenly super warm without touching it. The place was super clean and relaxing only minor issues that I had mentioned were what set us back. Communication was 100% we love casa Blanca and hope to be back!
