A convenient half bath is located downstairs along with a full size washer and dryer.

The property was located in a fairly quiet neighborhood, but many nearby properties were vacant, undergoing renovation, or poorly kept. The home was adequate for our stay but did have plumbing, lighting, and cleanliness issues.
