For the past four years, we have trusted Welcome Home Rentals every time we visit our son at Jacksonville University, and they continue to exceed every expectation. Their team is incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and consistently offers the most beautiful properties.
This past weekend, we hosted our family celebration at H20, and it was absolutely perfect. The home was elegant and modern while still feeling warm, cozy, and welcoming — exactly the beach family atmosphere we hoped for. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, yet the layout naturally brought everyone together for meaningful conversations and connection. From mornings by the pool and evenings on the patio to gathering around the huge kitchen, every part of the home created memories we will never forget.
Several family members worked remotely during the trip, and the house offered comfortable, private spaces for everyone to work with ease. The location was also ideal — just a quick Uber ride to great bars and restaurants, plus easy beach access only a short walk away. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed for perfect beach days.
So much laughter, so many special moments, and memories we will cherish forever. We cannot recommend Welcome Home Rentals enough and already look forward to our next stay!

We had a great time in JAX Beach staying at H2O! The house was so accommodating and had everything you needed. Welcome Home was also very responsive leading up to the trip.

The house is in a great location with easy access to the beach. The rooms were well designed and outside areas were perfect for gathering, including the pool area.
