Welcome to this sumptuous 72 sqm serviced apartment in the heart of Saint-Germain des prés.
On the 2nd floor without elevator (actually there's a lift from the 1st to 2nd floor) of a Haussmann building, with high ceilings and air conditioning, this bright 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat is a real jewel of luxury for 6 people.
Daily cleaning and conciergerie service included.
The Space:
Carefully designed by our architects, this flat perfectly embodies the refined, authentic style of its surroundings. Combining majesty and elegance, each space has been meticulously designed to enhance your experience.
It opens onto a particularly spacious, designer living room. The lounge area is an ode to relaxation, with a comfortable sofa bed and a connected television. Enjoy moments of conviviality, with the dining area perfect for six people.
After passing through the alcove, you'll discover a beautiful open kitchen in marble and wood, functional and fully equipped.
Both bedrooms have hotel-quality king-size beds, connected televisions and plenty of storage space.
Each bedroom has its own marble bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. For added privacy, there is one separate WC in the flat.
This flat stands out for its selection of noble, raw materials, such as Versailles parquet and marble. This raw style is broken up by rounded corners, original details that add softness to the spaces.
For maximum comfort, this flat is equipped with hotel-quality bedding, sheets and towels, a Nespresso coffee machine, a washing machine with dryer, a dishwasher and welcome products.
We offer a daily maid service to ensure you have an exceptional stay.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that scaffolding is currently set up on the building near one of the two bedrooms. However, no work is being done at this time.
You will therefore not be disturbed during your stay, either by noise or by the presence of workers.
Furthermore, this scaffolding will not obstruct your view of the Seine.
