Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, a TV lounge (accessed via a small spiral staircase) and a shower room. - A mezzanine with a sofa and a TV with DVD player (accessed by a small spiral staircase)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A west-facing terrace of around 20 m² with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in La Bresse, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (1 vehicle).
