This relaxing eight-bedroom vacation villa, located at the Encore Resort, features an open floor plan living area, fully equipped kitchen, themed games room, upper floor loft area, three children's themed bedrooms, and a private swimming pool and spa, making it the perfect home away home for a Central Florida vacation with the major theme parks just minutes away!
Sleeping up to 18 guests, this home provides bedrooms across two floors with a king-sized suite on the bottom floor as well as a queen-sized bedroom with a shared family bathroom across the hall. On the second floor, you will find an under the sea themed bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (4x full sized beds) and a connecting bathroom, queen sized suite, two king sized suites, superhero themed bedroom with bunk beds (2x twin sized beds) and an ice princess themed bedroom with bunk beds (2x twin sized beds) and a shared family bathroom.
After the long days at the theme parks are over, this home offers a private swimming pool and spillover spa to unwind and cool off from Florida's sunshine as well as a bbq to grill up some of your favorites. The galactic themed black light games room provides hours of entertainment with an air hockey and foosball table as well as a pinball machine and Switch video game console.
Make sure you explore the Encore Resort offering exclusive on-property amenities including a waterpark with thrilling drop and twisting slides, multiple restaurants and bars, sports courts, and an amenity center with a fitness room and kids' play area. We stayed here with our kids and grandkids. Plenty of room, close to Disney parks, great waterpark in the neighborhood within walking distance to the house! The house was definitely adequate and any small issues were handled swiftly! We would stay here again! Great house for a large group!

Couldn’t have found a better place for our group. The house was absolutely perfect and so much space. Definitely on our saved for future trips list.

Everything was perfect with this property, a 2 minute walk from the water park, its large, clean, and has everything you need. The owner responded and dealt with any small issues we had very quickly

So I booked this per last three reviews 10/10 but I wouldn’t rate it that. For us it was 6/10 clean was normal because we saw dead roaches in game room so no one utilized that room pool was warm cause we added it but cleaning wise not clean at all outside sofa was dirty. All other bedrooms were good but for all 8 bathrooms there were no tissue rolls so we had to huy our own. The host had messaged the property Management But no one came to drop them off so we got our own. For all of us this was 6/10.
