Handmade jewelry, local antiques and vintage Mardi Gras costumes are on sale at the monthly Little Flea NOLA market, while a stretch of Magazine Street has antiques shops and clothing boutiques. Tiny parks like Annunciation Square and Coliseum Square are local gathering spots.

A short stroll puts you on Magazine Street, surrounded by cafés, shops, and galleries, and at home a heated pool waits in a private, fenced backyard. This first-floor unit blends old New Orleans character with easy, comfortable living for up to six guests.

Living space
The open kitchen and living area give everyone room to gather, cook, and relax together. A 55" HDTV with Roku, fast Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace in a room with a door make it simple to unwind or get things done. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and central heating keep things comfortable regardless of the day's weather.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms hold three beds between them, with plush linens and room-darkening blinds for restful nights. Clothes storage is generous, with a walk-in wardrobe, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers spread across the home, plus hangers and an iron for longer stays. A safe is available for valuables.

Kitchen & dining
Cook freely in a fully equipped kitchen with a Frigidaire refrigerator and freezer, Whirlpool electric cooker and single oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the cooking basics, crockery, and cutlery you need. A filter coffee maker and kettle cover your morning routine, and a dining table seats everyone indoors - or carry your plates out to the rear deck for alfresco dining.

Bathroom
Two full bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and fresh towels, along with a hairdryer and hot water throughout.

Outdoor living
The fenced backyard is the heart of this home - a heated pool, open all year and available 24 hours, with pool toys for lighter afternoons. Lounge on the outdoor furniture, grill on the gas BBQ, and eat at the outdoor dining area beneath a lemon tree and surrounding greenery. Out front, rocking chairs on the porch are made for people-watching or a quiet book.

Families & extras
A travel cot and a folding high chair with padding, straps, and a food tray are available on request, along with babysitter recommendations. The home is single-level with no stairs, and self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival easy whenever you land.

Location
You're within walking distance of Magazine Street's cafés, shops, and galleries, with the French Quarter and Superdome a short ride away. During Mardi Gras, parades pass directly in front of the house - just five feet from the yard - putting you in the center of the celebration.

Please note: No parties, no unregistered guests, and no smoking. Any attempt to host a party of any kind will result in immediate termination of the stay with no refund.
