Charming house of 85 m2 with large garden fully fenced and not overlooked 400 m2.
Ideally located in the center of the Ile de Ré, you can easily discover the entire island by bike without difficulty.
You will have access to the entire housing and its exterior. Understanding a main part with a room of life, 2 rooms (one with a bed of 160 and another room with a bed of 90) a room of bath and independent toilets. Attached a nice studio of 34 m2 with kitchenette, a bed of 160, bathroom and toilet.
House fully equipped. (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, 2 ovens, 2 microwaves oven, 2 refrigerators, 2 TVs, cot, wifi, etc ...)
Basic commodities and cleaning products will be at your disposal.
We accept dogs in our rental.
For your stay the beds are equipped with duvet and pillows, but the rental does not include bed linen and towels. If you wish we can offer them at a supplement by a rental service.
Possibility of parking the vehicles in the property.
You will be greeted by a concierge service.

It was very private, and well equipped. Unfortunately, the week that we were there it was extremely hot, but at least it was nice and cool inside.
