Great pet-friendly home in a quiet neighborhood, close to amenities. The house was clean and the large fenced backyard was perfect for pets to explore. Backyard lighting is limited, so a flashlight comes in handy after dark. We didn’t use the hot tub during our 4-night stay, but overall had a comfortable visit.

We had a lovely time here. The only thing is the lights outside don’t work fully and the double sofa bed didn’t have bed sheets or blankets provided.

Had an unplanned extended stay in Knoxville and this house was perfect. Brandon was super responsive, the house was clean and cozy and the extra large fenced in yard was a bonus for our dogs.

We did not bring pets. Cleanliness was fine. Building and grounds needed some TLC. Kitchen needed more flatware. Kitchen also needed more dishwasher pods and other kitchen must haves.
