East walkable condo with plenty of space. Had beach chairs and floaties.bathroom in a basement is a little discouraging not being able to really use the toilet. Extremely spacious. We were a family of 11 adults and had plenty of room. Spent many hours in the pool. Franklin was very friendly, but slow to respond to issues (dryer was not working). Would definitely stay again. Gorgeous sunset view from the pool and deck.

This condo was just perfect! It had everything we needed, was clean and in excellent repair, and the location was simply amazing! We walked all around Eagle Beach and did not see any other place with a view like this one directly from the pool/ hot tub/ patio area! Will be back again!

This is our 2nd time staying in this condo, and our 4th in this residence as a whole. We think it's the best place to stay anywhere. Eagle Beach is great, never any seaweed concerns like many other Caribbean beaches are facing, the path along the beach is great for running, the beach palapas (umbrellas) in front of the resort are nicely spaced so you're not on top of each other, and you can walk to lots of restaurants. And a great (if very crowded) grocery store is within a mile. This condo is starting to look a little worn, but it's still awesome. Would love to have some rugs...it got tiring walking on the hard stone the whole week.
