I think you will like my place! Its decorated like a beach house located in a tropical atmosphere with over 39 large palm trees, & lots of banana trees & thick green grass in the summer. You may see various wildlife that live along the creek bank like Raccoons, turtles, otters & Great Blue Herons! Im close to restaurants, nightlife, Historic sights, hospital (Please read the house manual after check in!
***This is a "pet friendly" rental, so if you have allergies to any kind of pets, or are scared of any kind of animal it may not be a good choice for you. I have a friendly dog "Willow" you may encounter in the backyard.
*** PET POLICY: Max 2 pets allowed, and there is a $40 pet fee. Your dog MUST: get along with other dogs (because my dog Willow shares the yard too sometimes). Your dog must be on continuous flea treatment, NOT a meanie or destroyer, & you must clean up their mess outside & their hair inside. PLEASE bring two sheets to cover the couch in bed if your dog he likes to get on the furniture. Take them home to wash.

Everything was perfect! Pictures were dead on. Perfect location for us to visit so many places, restaurants galore. So many fishing spots very close. Host was absolutely great and we could not be happier. recommend this host!

The property was great for tennis tournament weekend. Our dogs enjoyed the back yard and playing with Willow.

Schelley was amazing, and the studio was fantastic! I came as a four person family, with my two daughters and the sleeping arrangements were perfect. The marsh in the backyard is beautiful, and the studios location was peaceful and quiet. Schelley had many recommendations and was such a wonderful person. Will absolutely be visiting again in the future!
