Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home, garage, and all outdoor amenities. Ample parking available in the driveway.

Other things to note
There are 5 security cameras in the property:1 Ring doorbell camera, 1 located in west side gate, 1 located in east side gate, 1 pointing at the driveway, 1 on back yard gate entrance. All of them are recording 24/7 for security purposes.

Local Compliance: This property has special local compliance requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $2,800 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction).

Damage Waiver (Optional):

Up to 10 nights: $59
11–20 nights: $59 + $4/night over 10 nights
Over 20 nights: $200 + $4/night over 20 nights

Optional Upgrades:

Early Check-in: $30/hr
Late Check-out: $33/hr
Pool Heating: $150/day, minimum 2 days, with 24 hours’ notice

Spa & Pool:

Spa heating included; 3-hour timer, can be turned on anytime.

Pool heating requires 24 hours to reach temperature; do not touch pool equipment—any damage is at guest’s expense.

For monthly stays from November through February, there is a $500/month spa heating fee if pool heating is not requested.

Music: Allowed outdoors until 7:00 PM. Speakers (small, large, or any size), DJ equipment, or karaoke machines outdoors are strictly NOT allowed.

AC Fee for Monthly Stays:
For monthly stays during June–September, a $1,000 AC fee applies. This fee will be charged separately after the reservation is confirmed.

Maintenance Access: By booking, you acknowledge and give permission for the pool and/or hot tub to be serviced twice a week and for the gardener to access the backyard once a week for routine maintenance. These services may occur during your stay.

Pet Friendly
• $90 per pet, per stay (up to 2 pets maximum per reservation).
• For monthly stays, a $300 per pet fee applies.

Please note that we don't have access to the mailbox.

Use of the Tesla charger is subject to an additional fee.

Assumption of Risk:
By accepting this rental through Airbnb, you are agreeing to be responsible for supervising and assuring safe use of pool and spa for your guests. You are releasing owner for any liability of claims and agree to hold owner harmless from any damages (personal injury or otherwise) to you, your guests or any third party.

You recognize and understand that a Swimming Pool and Spa involve certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area.
