The Villas Fleurs de Canne are ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends! The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you the Villa Roseau in a calm and relaxing environment, with a view over the cane fields. The villa has all the comforts you need for an unforgettable stay: 3 bedrooms, fully-equipped kitchen, linen provided, private swimming pool, terrace and garden.
The 150 m² villa is set in 750 m² of enclosed grounds planted with trees, and has its own private swimming pool (6x3m):
- Living room with sofa, TV (satellite channels), Wifi
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.
- Air-conditioned bedroom 1 with Queen-size bed (160x200)
- Air-conditioned bedroom 2 with Queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3 air-conditioned with Queen-size bed (160x200)
- 2 shower rooms
- 1 separate WC
Outside area :
- Large covered terrace, BBQ.

The villa is ideally located in Saint-François, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
