The location of this house was outstanding. The neighborhood was centrally located and very quiet. The home had a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, spacious common areas with comfortable seating, and great bathrooms. The bedrooms were spacious and calming. Overall this house was perfect for our family stay in Greensboro.

Our actual stay was great - other than an initial issue with the AC unit set to 82. However, I want to alert others to difficulties we had with the owners after our stay. They accused us of re-entering the unit after checkout, which we did not do. The accusations persisted several days via text and stories did not make sense. Also, we left a couple small items in the house and the owner was very difficult to work with. Again texting strange explanations that did not make sense. The owners are not local, which I’m an be fine. But they do not seem to have good “on the ground” support. Owner ended up getting quite defensive with me. I eventually gave up hopes of retrieving our left behind items.
