The large family lounge/dining area also contains an Ecosa Sofa/Chaise that converts into two long Singles or One King - so there`s bedding to sleep six in total.

The full sized kitchen is generously appointed and equipped with everything you will need to cook a sumptuous meal - and there`s a BBQ so you can also dine outside on the large verandah. Maximum guests: 6 (excluding infants under 2).
Parties & events: Not permitted.
Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors. A $500 penalty applies if smoking occurs inside.
Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Excessive noise that may disturb neighbours is not permitted
