I was traveling with my family aging in range from 20 to 94. The place is set up vertically with multiple floors, sleeping areas being located on the upper floors. We set up the oldest of our group to sleep on the couch in the living room on the ground floor so as to avoid having to go up and down the stairs. Other than that there was no down side for us. Spacious with lots of sleeping options. Host provided a starter supply of coffee, tea and bottled water. There was a very good supply of paper products. Lots of dining and shopping options were conveniently located within walking distance. It was also just a quick walk to the Temma station which allowed access to the entire city and beyond. The host was responsive and helpful with all my inquiries. Definitely would stay here again.

We were a family party of 7 (6 adults and one child). The location was very convenient to the rail station and there are a number of very good restaurants close by, as well as convenient shopping at the Oasis or Family Mart. As a base for going into Osaka and to Kyoto, this was a great location for us.
