O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
Not your typical vacation home. 2bd 2ba single level duet on Marlin Dr. Totally remodeled this home featuring quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, central A/C, spacious deck and dock . You can side tie to the 36ft dock. Side yard features putting green, outdoor TV, Lynx BBQ, 3 kayaks newer and clean patio furniture with a 10 minutes' drive to fast water. No kidding!!!
You can even paddle or boat over to the Chandlery or the Boardwalk for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The Steak House is just minutes away by car also. This home offers a terrific water and hill view, but not the hot westerly sun. All cookware, towels, sheets, etc included. Wi fi internet and Xfinity TV too! Come and enjoy the Discovery Bay life. We did and that is why we bought. NOTE: this home is not your typical rental. We would appreciate it if you would take care of it like your own. We look forward to seeing you!!
NOTE: When securing a date please expect to return a short application and copy of your ID or driver's license within 72 hours. Additionally, we have a Nest doorbell and Nest rear camera facing the deck/dock. Please be aware this camera is not monitored but it does record for liability purposes.

Excellent time and stay. The place is clean and comfortable with all you need to make the most out of your trip. We enjoyed the paddle boards and dock during the days and the deck in the mornings. The furniture set up is great inside and out. We were able to bring our dog (extra cost) and the setting for her was perfect (secure perimeter).Peter (host) was excellent at answering questions and making us feel comfortable. Very responsive and there to help. Couldn't ask for more from a host. All good!

We couldn’t be happier with our stay! Clean, well-appointed, awesome view and water access, lots of extras (like kayaks and paddle boards). We have stayed here three times and love it so much. Peter is very responsive and pleasant to work with. We will be back!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house is super nice and cant beat the view. It was the first rental that I did not have to wipe down the bathroom before unpacking my belongings. Peter was super responsive and when I accidently left my wedding band in the closet and my Ipad under the bedspread....., the cleaners were honest and responsive. Peter addressed it right away; taking the time to go to the house and quickly mailed back both my my ring and my IPAD. So appreciative. The pictures were spot on other then there is no outdoor TV or fireplace on the side of the house and the BBQ may need upgrading at some point but was functional. Not having to bring our paddleboards was another bonus. I would stay here again and hope that we get that opportunity to!!! If you are thinking about it, just do it!! It is a good price for being directly on the water and you cant beat the owners as they take great pride in their home!!! :)
