Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Light and modern holiday home situated in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park. This home is located in the Hoburne Cotswold Holiday Park with its own array of lakes plus indoor & outdoor swimming pools & evening entertainment program. Also, a children’s activities program and 2 outdoor play areas.
In the park are lots of things for you to do. There are 2 swimming pools, 4 fishing lakes, entertainment and cabarets, crazy golf, play parks, a restaurant, and a café.
Passes to use the resort facilities are included in the resort fee charged with this booking.
This extra-large lodge is located in a quiet area with parking right outside in your own space. Situated in the middle of the Cotswolds water park everything in the water park is close by. Fishing lakes are available on site and many others close by within the water park. Cycling and walking in the area is great
This is a luxury home with a full kitchen including an Oven/Hob, Fridge, Freezer, and Dishwasher.
Table and chairs for 6 people inside for a cozy family meal.
There are 3 bedrooms:
The first with a Double bed, ensuite shower room, and plenty of storage space.
The 2nd has a Kingsize bed, access to a jack and jill bathroom with, bath, Shower, basin, and toilet
The 3rd has 2 single beds.
All bedrooms have ample storage space and TVs
Outside there is a table and chairs on the decking beside the Hot Tub
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Hoburne Cotswold will be starting extensive development of their facilities, bringing a brand-new indoor pool and soft play area in 2024.
The work for this starts on 6th November 2023 and is expected to run until mid-late May 2024.
During the development phase the indoor pool and soft play area will not be available.
Hoburne hope to open the outdoor pool in time for Easter 2024 if the weather allows.
The Café will move into the sports bar area during the development.
During the period of the development there will be no charge for guest passes (know as resort fee) if you book through us, which allow access to the food and beverage areas, Fishing and Entertainment.
If you have already booked with us for this period, any resort fee paid will be refunded.
We have secured use of the facilities at Cricklade leisure centre which is just 10 minutes away from the park – no membership is required but bookings should be made 48hours in advance prices can be found here https://www.crickladeleisure.com/prices/
We have also a 10% discount off all pay and play hire at South Cerney Outdoors (Lake 12), this includes Canoes, Paddleboards, Kayaks and katakanus, they open weekdays until April and then will extend into weekends. The lodge was absolutely amazing. Myself, partner step daughter and grandchildren stayed for just two nights for my partner's 65th birthday.
The location was great just a short 5 minute walk to the complex.
The interior was stunning with everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms were a great size especially the main one, which had walk through wardrobe area to the fabulous ensuite with walk in shower 😁
Double bedroom again was a great size along with the twin room that was so spacious.
Main bathroom had a full sized bath with separate shower units and again amazing size.
The outside decking area was brilliant in size and the hot tub was simply fabulous 😍
The only thing I would say with the weather being so hot, and Aircon unit would have been an additional luxury and a large swing umbrella for the outside but this is only my suggestion as could not fault the accommodation it was amazing. Thank you so much to Lee and Tracey for making our stay a memorable one.
