Yes and yes. Upstairs bed needs some improvement

Lovely rooms, nice hot tub, and very conveniently located near RMNP. Would highly recommend.

This was a great place to stay. I wish we had more time there. It was very homey and clean. The hot tub at night was a real treat. We would definitely stay here again.

The maintenance guy was great but many problems with the property. Dryer did not work - turns out some weird water tub that had to be emptied 2x during our six day stay. TV not working he had to switch out the Roku so we could watch. Hot tub after maintenance would not get hot so had to boil water. Dishwasher would not start have to push hard to close for it to wash. On the unit itself no AC- did not see this notedso property was warm during day. It’s a 2 story- did not see this noted. We are the last unit on a triplex so you have to awkwardly walk past 2 other units with people sitting in hot tubs lol. On a good note great location and the river was really pretty in front of the unit.
