The Anne An apartment is located in the "Ciasa Ladina" building in the village of Ronco, on the first floor of a building that is also home to local families.
The apartment is 1.2 kilometers from the center of Cortina d’Ampezzo, in the direction of Passo Falzarego, near the forest that covers the western slope of the Ampezzo Valley. It is 80 meters from the city bus/ski bus stop and only 500 meters from the Socrepes ski lifts (Tofane Group).
It is very close to the 2026 Olympic competition venues: 1,200 m from the women’s alpine skiing course, 200 m from the bobsled and skeleton track, and 550 m from the curling center.
It consists of a spacious, bright living room (with a table for six, a corner sofa, TV, and free Wi-Fi), a well-equipped kitchen with a small table (four-burner stove, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, and a full set of dishes, plates, and pots), a double bedroom with a shower and balcony, a twin/double bedroom, and a single bedroom, along with an utility room featuring a washing machine; the living area features a large southwest-facing terrace with a stunning view of the town center and the Cortina mountains, while the sleeping area has a terrace overlooking the forest and Monte Cristallo.
Pets are not allowed in the property.

The property was in a fantastic location, on the edge of Cortina, with tremendous views down the valley and a 10-15 minute walk to the centre and all the restaurants. It was clean, well maintained and a good size. It seemed very well equipped although we didn't cook so didn't really test this and curiously there was no kettle. There is parking for two cars onsite. Our host Anne was very helpful and communicated quickly and efficiently despite language differences. We were allowed to check-in early and check-out late which was a fantastic help.The only quibbles would be the lack of a welcome pack - just some milk would do - and the absence of a kettle. Otherwise this would be a 10 out of 10 property.

The space is beautiful, clean and has everything for your stay. Communication with the host was easy and immediate whenever we had questions. Our favorite part was the views of mountains, we enjoyed our coffee on the deck each morning. The bus stop is close by making it easy to travel into town. Would highly recommend to any travelers in Cortina.

The apartment is very nice. The location was excellent for our plans in the Cortina region of the Dolomites. Anne, our host, promptly responded to my questions before, during, and after our stay.
