On this, our second stay here, We loved everything about it but the pullout bed. This is the only reason for not giving 5 stars. I tried sleeping on it pulled out, sleeping on it as the couch, and finally pulling the mattress off and sleeping on the floor. If you can sleep with your partner this is an excellent stay. If you need an extra bed for any reason, you might rethink it. CPAP husband is just too noisy! Other than that, excellent; reasonable cost, friendly host, and town. We love the area. Wendy is very reachable with any questions. Our dog loved the yard and that he could come along on our vacation. The washer/dryer saved packing extra clothes.
