This yurt exceeded our expectations. It was nicely secluded with gorgeous views and was a quick drive to GNP West entrance. The yurt itself was incredibly charming and we really appreciated all of the helpful amenities and basic cooking ingredients. The bed was super comfortable and the AC cooled the yurt down when we returned from our hike/adventures. You can hear the train but that was most definitely part of the charm. Loved this place! What a fantastic experience - the yurt had everything needed for meal prep, laundry, etc., and ultimately, was an incredibly relaxing space. Located a stone’s throw from Glacier and a short distance from Kalispell, this was the perfect (and quiet) getaway for some long-overdue rest in a beautiful area of the country. Vern was a fantastic host, especially so when it came to communication. The check-in instructions provided post-booking were easy-to-follow. He also provided timely updates on bear sightings near the property (and provided the yurt with bear spray canisters), as well as reached out/checked-in to confirm a safe arrival. Again, a wonderful experience. This space comes highly recommended and I hope to visit again in the future!
