Amenities include two swimming pools, two hot tubs, two tennis courts, an activities desk, gas barbeque grills throughout the resort, and assigned parking. It is located across the street from the world-class Kamaole Beach III and just a five-minute walk from fantastic Keawakapu Beach.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
