The communal pools are managed by the complex administrator. While they are generally available for guests to enjoy, the administrator reserves the right to temporarily close the pools without prior notice for maintenance, repairs, safety, or other operational reasons.

Please note that the Government of Malta has increased the mandatory Environmental Contribution (Eco-Tourist Tax) for all stays starting on or after July 1, 2026.

New Rate: €1.50 per adult (18+) per night
New Cap: Maximum €22.50 per adult per stay

For bookings made prior to July 1, 2026, for stays occurring on or after this date, the system may not automatically apply the updated government rate at the time of booking. In such cases, any difference between the previous rate (€0.50) and the new legal rate (€1.50) must be settled separately before or upon arrival.

By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that the applicable tax is determined by the rate in effect during your stay, regardless of the booking date.
