This unique property entices you from the first step through the secure gates into the tranquil courtyard. Upon entering the home, you're greeted with an appealing blend of magnificence and meticulous attention to detail.



The entrance hall presents a full-size pool table, leading you into the expansive living room and kitchen area. The living room boasts ample seating with a roomy sectional and extra chairs, creating the perfect space for relaxation and creating memories.



Awaiting your culinary adventures is a kitchen equipped with granite countertops, a large central island illuminated by chic pendant lights, a walk-in pantry, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is a chef's dream with plenty of cabinet space and more, and it comes fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal or create vacation-worthy drinks, including a dedicated Margaritaville margarita machine for the ultimate poolside indulgence.

A brief 30-minute drive will take you to Maryvale Baseball Park, Camelback Ranch, Surprise Stadium, and Peoria Sports Complex. For football fans, State Farm Stadium is easily accessible, and the vibrant hub of downtown Phoenix is also within a short distance.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to all areas of the home and backyard. The pool is private and the backyard is fenced in. Pool vendors, Trash vendors, landscaping and pest control service the home weekly, and monthly. They do have access to the backyard and this may occur during your stay.

This Deluxe 4 B/R home located in the quiet neighborhood in the heart of Estrella Mountain Ranch.

Estrella is filled with more than 40 parks, lakes, Championship golf, and stunning mountain views



Estrella Mountain Regional Park is 12 miles away. The park offers a variety of hiking, biking and horse trails, as well as great bird and wildlife watching opportunities. Park is open 365 days a year – 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday's and Saturday's.



Estrella Star Tower is 5 miles away.



Golf Park of Estrella is 2 miles away.



Phoenix International Raceway is 14 miles away. The motorsport track opened in 1964 and currently hosts two Nascar race weekends each year



Goodyear Ballpark is 9 miles away.

Upon booking, we will request that you sign our rental agreement and provide a copy of your government-issued ID.

This agreement outlines the house rules and safety guidelines for the property. Providing the signed agreement and ID is required to honor the reservation. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking.

Your safety matters. An exterior security doorbell camera is located at the front door, facing out towards the entrance. There is also a camera facing the gate in the back yard and one in the garage. There are no cameras facing the pool or any interior areas.

Pets are welcome however fees may apply depending on the size and breed of the pet

We offer contactless check-in. However, we will be available by phone during your stay. Additionally, we offer in-person support/maintenance when needed.
