Come enjoy this stunning 3,200 square foot home overlooking the 5th hole of the Rope Rider Golf Course. Step through the front door and you’ll be greeted by a massive antler chandelier suspended above a large, beautifully appointed great room. This home was built for entertaining, with a floor to ceiling gas fireplace, gourmet eat-in kitchen, and a spacious entertaining patio. Fairway Lodge is an ideal location for a large family gathering or multiple couples.

The Chef’s Kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the cooking appliances you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals. There’s seating for 3 at the large kitchen bar, and the large dining table seats 8 comfortably. Just off the great room is a fabulous entertainment patio that features a gas fire pit, outdoor sectional couch, dining table, and a gas BBQ!
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* Main floor master suite has a king bed, a Smart TV w/FuboTV and a private en-suite bath with dual sinks, a large tub and a walk-in shower.
* The main floor guest bedroom has a queen bed and a Smart TV w/FuboTV. There is a supporting guest bath with a walk-in shower in the hall.
* 1st upper floor bedroom is a master suite with a king bed, a Smart TV w/FuboTV and a private en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom has a king bed, a Smart TV w/FuboTV and a private deck overlooking the golf course.

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged an $80 to $100 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 5 cars are allowed in the driveway. Suncadia does not allow street parking.

The vacation rental was very clean.

We enjoyed our stay in this home. It was in a good location on the golf course. We enjoyed the outdoor seating area and the gas firepit. A couple of suggestions would be to add more throw blankets and to have the cleaners check the upstairs balcony as it didn't appear to have been cleaned. Otherwise, it was a great stay! Thanks! :)

Our stay at the Fairway Lodge was as good as it could possibly be. The property was perfectly set up for the 6-7 people who shared our space, and could have held several more graciously. Everything worked properly, was beautifully clean, and served our time with friends and family well. Thank you so much! Also, at just over an hour away from The Gorge Amphitheater, it was a great place to enjoy before and after a great concert.

Perfect property for our family! My only suggestion is to add a couple larger bowls to the kitchen for serving. Loved it!!!
