Perfect for guests who want a simple living space with privacy, a yard, and a location that offers equal access to Denver, Red Rocks, and the Rocky Mountain foothills. Downtown Denver is easily accessible by car and light rail. Private home, fenced yard, modern décor. Great space for digital nomads who want a quiet place to work before an afternoon break of hiking or a trip downtown. Great for future Denver residents to use as a home base while getting to know the area.

I stayed here while looking for housing and working in the city. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to the highway and the city. Clean and cozy room. Quiet at night. Thank you

Nathan and Karissa were wonderful from the beginning. They were so responsive, helpful and kind. The place was spotless, well decorated and had everything you could ask for.

The minimalist room was great. Everything was super clean. The snack basket was a nice touch. I highly recommend this property. When I’m back in the area, I’ll definitely see if the property is available.
