Reviewer Comments:
Very solid. Unit was clean and in good condition. Centrally located on the island. One negative comment: the pillows definitely need to be upgraded and the mattress was very uncomfortable. However, I understand it is a high volume rental so durability is difficult to manage.

Working with the property management staff was great however the condo needs some deep cleaning. I gave them a list of items while I was staying there which included stains in the carpetand the inability to open the windows. Since I was staying for 2 weeks I decided to buy carpet cleaner myself. But the place needs a deep cleaning. The carpet, the sofa and the rug. Otherwise, a great place to stay, close to tennis and pickleball and Harbor Town.
