Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

It was a nice stay for a girls trip with 4 of us and a very good location, great neighborhood- we loved gathering and chatting in the great upstairs kitchen for coffee in the morning and that there were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us to have our space. The house was clean and parking was easy out front. The rental comany was super responsive to any questons we had. One note is that the livingrom area could be more accomodating for comfort- maybe a few ottmans with the chars would make it more relaxing it felt a bit cramped and a bit dark for 4 women. Backyard space was also grat in the mornings to relax with cffe befre heading out for the day. I wouldn't say this is a 5 star luxury property but they did a good job making it comfortable and I would recommend it for a group stay for sure. We had one of the only grass lawns around wth bunnys visiting : )

This house has many advantages. It has 3 large bedrooms, 2 with king beds and 1 with queen. And 3 large full bathrooms, one of which is "spa" quality. Plenty of good quality sheets, pillows, blankets and towels. The house is clean; plenty of outside seating; good TVs. It is close enough to the plaza to easily walk, and you could even walk to Canyon Rd if you were ambitious. On the downsides: There is limited living space with one large living room, a kitchen with bar seating, and a utility room with a table. So no dedicated eating or work space. The outdoor area is large but there is no shade. There are no views of the mountains, either from the house or outside. And the staircase is treacherous, narrow, steep, and uneven. All in all, this was a comfortable stay.
