LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Newly renovated BEACHFRONT Duplex cottage B just steps from Ocean Beach. This rare 1/1 beach cottage is just steps away from all Ocean Beach has to offer: dog beach, surfing, swimming and some of the best local shopping and dining experiences. The freshly remodeled 1950's styled beach cottage was designed to embrace the classic nature of the historic building. It is equipped with all the modern amenities to make your stay comfortable: outdoor BBQ (shared), Smart TV, one on-site parking spot and some beach day essentials found in your personal storage unit. The cottage has two murphy beds in addition to the standard bed to accommodate up to 5 guests total, and a westward facing outdoor patio for dining by the ocean. For larger groups, we also have a matching 2/1 sister cottage unit A (sleeps 6+) next door that can be booked in concert.

Great location. Walked all over Ocean Beach. Lines up directly with Dog Beach which was super cool for us and our dogs. Would absolutely stay again

Incredibly happy with our decision to stay here. GREAT for taking our Theo to the dog beach every day, it's literally right out the door. The house was clean, charming and very comfortable for the 3 of us (including our dog)! Easy walking to neighborhood restaurants although the crowds at some of these places can be a little "down-market." We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, our hosts were great at communicating, and we'll book again if the opportunity arrises.

Great place for a beach stay. Good food and entertainment is a short walk. No frills, no dresser. Would stay again!
