Charlotte Harbor and Pine Island Sound and surrounding barrier island offer some of the best fishing in the world for Tarpon, Trout, Redfish, Snook, Snapper, Grouper and a host of other species to many to mention. Just 10 minute boat ride to visit famous Cabbage Key where Jimmy buffet wrote “Cheese Burger in Paradise”! We have an on-site boat slip that is just a short walk from our unit that can accommodate up to a 28’ vessel, fish-cleaning station with water/electric that is just a few steps from one of the 2 on-site pools. There is also a 400ft. pier for relaxing, fishing or just to enjoy an adult beverage and watch some of the most beautiful sun-sets you have ever witnessed!
