The condo was located right by the pool and just a few steps away, there was a gate that led down some stairs to the beach. Great location! The condo is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need! We loved that there were three small beach umbrellas and 4 beach chairs that could be carried like a backpack. There were 5 of floats. There were also beach/sand toys to use! There was no real check in, but you are sent an email with the electronic door code a few days before, along with another code a few days after that, which we found confusing. There is a gate code to get to the condo. However, none of the codes we were sent worked for that. I called and John said the new gate code would be on the fridge. The housekeeper was still there at 4pm, so she let us in, but I’m not sure how we would have figured out the gate code on our own. Not a big deal, just a bit confusing. After we knew what we were doing, it was very easy. The small bedroom with two twin beds that can be pushed together is the one bedroom with a connecting bath. The larger bedroom does not have a connecting bath. There is a full size bathroom just across the hall though, so not a big deal.A concern we had in the small bedroom was the lack of storage space. There were no dressers to store clothes, but the closet was full with extra bedding, so there was no where to store luggage. We would definitely go back!!

Perfect vacation rental. John was easy to contact and responded very quickly. Detailed instructions were given well before check in. The beach is breathtakingly beautiful, very short distance from the room. Everything we needed was there. Beds were reasonably comfortable. The pools were nice, the on site restaurants was a very nice bonus. Short walk to lots of restaurants and the whole Atlantis area. Beach was never crowded in our area. It was a great place. Would definitely recommend!

Great hidden gem! Home had everything we wanted. Pool right outside our door. Beach which was right down some steps was quiet and absolutely stunning! Viola’s was great. Loved the tacos and karaoke night. The restaurant or office also called cabs for us and only had to wait 5 minutes or so for one. We walked down to the Four Seasons Resort and had a light dinner on the deck! Watched a beautiful sunset and had a gorgeous breeze while listening to the waves. We did have a little trouble getting in with the door code but with John’s help we finally did. We hope to return to paradise!!!

The property was clean, quiet, and it almost felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Will be staying again.
