Small, cosy and practically furnished semi-detached house with direct access to the Szczecin Lagoon in the south of the island of Usedom. Here you can enjoy the location directly on the water with up to 4 people.
The living room with mini kitchen has direct access to the terrace and the small garden. From here you can jump straight into the water and cool off on hot days.
The first bedroom is on the ground floor and is furnished with a double bed (190x180 cm). Another bedroom with two single beds (190x90 cm) is located in the attic, sloping ceilings are present. The bedroom is only accessible via a steep staircase.
Other holiday properties and the landlord's house are located on the property, where you will be greeted by the owners' friendly Labrador. There are swings and a playhouse for children to share with the neighbours.
On the sunny island of Usedom, just behind the Zecherin Bridge, away from the tourist centres, you will find the quiet and idyllic fishing village of Westklüne, behind which there is only the dyke and the Szczecin Lagoon. The technical monument of the railway lift bridge in Karnin is also worth a visit.
